Gilded Lily Izakaya presents an 8 course temaki handroll omakase featuring seasonal ingredients, precise execution, and carefully sourced seafood. The menu reflects a balance of Japanese technique and French influence, with an emphasis on clean, focused flavors. This experience consists of thoughtfully curated handrolls, a sunomono salad, a broth course, and dessert. Several tailored French wine pairings will be available, carefully built by the in-house Sommelier. As well as a selections of over 50 French wines by the glass.
